Spain Renfe - Can't find Web fare on Renfe (train) site
A few weeks ago, I found a great discounted fare on the spanish rail (Renfe) site. It was a "web" fare and was 60%. You had to book 15 days in advance.
Now I'm still booking 15 days in advance, but I can't find the web fare anywhere.
Any ideas.

there arenīt many webfares on some trains and their allotment will be gone quickly now as there has been mega TV publicity about these fares, quite unknown to most travellers a few weeks ago.
If these are new dates you are looking at, some fares for some trains in march are not even loaded yet.

If it was published a few weeks ago for your dates..it will probably have sold out (the allotment for that tariff, that is). If they have the Estrella fare for your dates it is also cheaper that the normal fare (about 40% discount).

Web fare only applies to tickets when purchased in the one way method.
If you try to buy return then return fare applies but not "estrella" or web fare.
The reason is that reductions do not acumulate.
So you either buy two one way with web fare or one return with just the return fare.
Easy, no?
