Hello wordsmith,
Well, you already know that my opinion is that it's a very good hotel. But you can also see what people in Tripadvisor say about it.

Good luck,

Hi Wordsmith
Our family stayed at this hotel in June and we had a wonderful experience. The terrace restaurant is legendary in Istanbul and we found the accommodation modest, but clean, and the service was great!
I would recommend this hotel, as it is well run and it is within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia and the Topkapi Palace.
Good luck!

Hi

Didn't stay there but the pleasant staff allowed us to check out the spectacular views from the terrace. The location, Sultanahmet, is excellent for sightseeing.

I didn't stay there the restaurant has one of the best views in town and some of the most overpriced and mediocre seafood in town
