If I want to say "I booked my room with you through venere.com" and "please confirm this reservation through e-mail" how would it be phrased in Italian?

Just send it in English. Be sure to give the dates of your stay, the kind of room you're expecting, price and anything special you reserved. I've used e-mail to book hotels in France, Italy, Czech Republic, Spain, etc. and have always written in English without any problems. Have always received confirmations by e-mail in English.

Please add how to say "Explain your cancellation policy." Thanks! I know for a fact it's difficult to find someone who speaks English at this hotel this time of yesr.

Get their e-mail address (if you can) and send it that way and ask for a reply. Save your time and your money.

How about "please explain your cancellation policy." To try and tell them that I would prefer they e-mail me a confirmation in English, but if they can't, to do so in Italian, I wrote
"Preferisco inglese, ma, non parli inglese scrivi in Italiano." Is that close?

I wouldn't ask them to reply in English - things can get lost in translation. If you have trouble with their reply post it here and we'll help.

I'm now working on a personal correspondance in Italian, to say "we celebrated Easter," would it be "Noi abbiamo celebrato Pasqua," or is there another way that is more widely accepted?
