Seeking two apartments

I am starting a new post for suggestions on our specific requirements for apartment rentals.

There are 12 adults in total and we are looking for two apartments within easy walking distance of each other or one apartment and then a hotel nearby. Each needs to have 3BR and 3 BA.

My preference is the 6th but we could not find any that met our requirement for an elevator in one of them (one in our group is a senior with knee issues) as well as a bathroom for each.

Many of the companies online do not provide exact addresses online of the apartments listed and I do not know the city well enough to figure it out.

We would like to be at 500E-600E per night per apartment.

Our preference is to be in area with good metro access and with lots of local shops and eateries. I have previously stayed twice in the 7th, twice in Montparnasse and my first visit was too long ago to remember where I stayed.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Three bathroom flats are few and far between. Can't 6 people share two baths???

www.parisperfect.com would probably have some that would fit your needs; most of them are in the 7th, though.

I understand they are difficult to find but this is one of the criteria and we will opt for hotels if it is not possible.

Look at Paris Vacation apartments. They have 3 or 4 apartments in Palais Royal. One is 3 bd/3 bath and 2 are 2 bd/2 bath

I rent from Feels Like Home in Paris. Most of their apartments are in the 18th. They have a 4 bd 3 ba http://www.feelslikehomeinparis.com/...lepic_ca4.html

You can start your research at Paris Perfect (www.parisperfect.com) and move on to Paris Attitude (www.parisattitude.com) if you can't find what you're looking for there.

3 bedroom, 3 bath apartments are available through PP, but it will be difficult finding them close together. Price will depend on when you want the rentals. Rates will range from a low of $750/night to more than $1800/night for a designer apartment, which most 3 bedroom apartments are.

I know PP and others have 3 bath flats -- but finding two near each other AND both available for the same dates. Needle/haystack.

Yes, and that is why we are ok with finding one 3BR in a location with nearby hotels.

I started with Paris Perfect and have checked some of these recommendations. Most have a one week minimum and we will be there 4 nights.

Last year we stayed in Marriott's Apartments in Budapest and very much enjoyed have a space to socialize in as well as kitchen and washer/dryer. It does not appear that there is anything similar in Paris though.

Now you've added it is only a four night stay . . . The more criteria - the harder the task.

I'd probably avoid a lot of hunting and just plan on staying in a nice hotel.
