The location is very central and in a very nice area. I would request more photos of the bedrooms to make sure they provide the space you may need.

It's a nice location. How many people will be staying here - the 3rd bedroom looks very tiny.

When I looked at the configuration at the bottom of the page I was confused about whether the master bathroom is off the master bedroom or in the hall. One statement shows there are not 2 full bathrooms but 1 master bath, 1 toilet and sink in the hall, and 1 shower room attached to the guest bedroom. Whomever is staying in the 2nd bedroom would have to shower in the master bath or shower room off the guest bedroom so would have to walk through another bedroom. The other statement about the rooms states the master bath and additional WC are in the hall. I would ask for clarification on this.

The apt is on the 3rd floor US so decide if you want to hike up to the 3rd floor a couple of times a day. I have stayed in old buildings in Paris and the stair risers are usually low which makes climbing stairs easier than standard 7 to 9 inch risers found in the US.

Nice location, nice apartment, but do ask about the bedrooms/layout.
