Seeking Siena hotel advice
I am hoping to stay in Siena for a night in mid-September. I have looked at Palazzo Ravizza after seeing it recommended so frequently on this site, but all that is available for my time frame is the loft room for 150E. I would love to stay near Il Campo or the Duomo and keep price under 100E. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I stayed here a few years ago and thought it was great. Very central location.

Stayed here- Palazzo Valli. An old mansion, delightfully renovated. Wonderful setting. Walkable into town. Rooms were very large and airy. Bathrooms very nice. A real gem of a find.

It's not a luxury place, but it was good enough, the price is right and location is awesome:

Ciao annief,
The Palazzo Ravizza is very nice and a easy walk to the center of town. The hotel has good parking and a nice breakfest. My wife and I stayed there two years ago and really enjoyed it. We will be in Siena in May this year for four nights and couldn't get a room at the Palazzo Rivizza. We did however find a nice hotel called the Hotel Minerva. The hotel has great views of the city. We made friends with the girl at the front desk at the Hotel Rivizza on our last trip to Siena. She is now a wine guide and will be giving us a free tour...... I asked her about the Hotel Minerva and she said that it was a very nice place to stay.
Ciao, Louie
