We chartered from GPSC several years ago and sailed the Greek Islands along Turkey from Samos to Rhodes.

It was a 50 foot sailboat we called "The Tub" as that is what it was. It was sea worthy, but had definately seen better days.
We chartered a 44' Beneteau the year after that and did the Turkish coast. That boat was MUCH better. I think it was thru Sun Sail.

Not to dismiss GPSC, we did charter a catamaran thru them 2 years ago in Belize and it was quite nice.

Are you hiring a captain, or will you sail yourselves? We found the sailing quite easy - the area is not tidal.

It was a fabulous trip. Many wonderful memories.

My son in law took a sailing trip to Turkey with a company from california that mostly does white water rafting and camping trips in the US but also has this trip to Turkey in the fall. I don't recall the name of the company but maybe some body will know.

Seascapes puts groups of 8 people -- they put together the groups -- on a boat and there is a captain. The GPSC flotilla trips look like a similar set up though it's not a 100 percent clear from the Web site. Asides from these two companies, I haven't been able to find any similar types of sailing trips in Greece.
