I have no experience with diving in Positano or anywhere else in the world, but I know this company has been in the area for many years:

Thanks for the replies I am still trying to get info from Diving Sorrento as well as La Boa in Positano which was also recommended. It seems to be very difficult to confirm anything in advance of the trip but I will keep you posted.

Check out this review from 2004. Looks like it may be really cold in June! It seems the options are Diving Sorrento (aka futuromare) and La Boa but booking in advance is really difficult.
