Schengen Visa Requirements

Just got back from the Netherlands embassy in LA(Schengen visa). Thought I'll just give out a few tips coz the website is not adequate.

Most European consulates in LA are in the same building (11766 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025). Check here for requirements: http://www.ncla.org/article.asp?articleref=AR00000396EN

Important tips not on website:

3. Documents needed (passport, Green card, two photographs, sufficient funds, itirenary, health insurance (atleast $37,500 coverage), CASH/MONEY ORDER for $43(cheques not accepted).

4. Parking is behind the building and if you use the photostore, you can get the pass validated.

If you guys have more questions...shoot!

I am only guessing but I am assuming that mc_ite is not a citizen of either the US or any of the European countries that are part of the European Union.
