Scenic places in Sardinia ? Sicily vs Sardinia ?

What are some scenic places and national parks that you recommend in Sardinia- for hiking etc. Not beaches, unless you can hike nearby.

Also, if you had to choose between Sicily and Sardinia, for 2 weeks, beginning of April, which would you go with and why? (I don't care much about the food scene or beaches; we really just want scenic locations, hiking spots, maybe boating.)

We have been to Sicily several times, but our trip to Sardinia last October was a totally unexpected treat. Here is our trip report: Sardinia! You Gotta Go!! 8 nights. October

Our weather was perfect, and I believe April is not much different.

Serious hiking in Sardinia can be done in the mountains between Cala Gonone and Sta Maria Navarrese.
Corsica has more and better signmarked trails (like Mare e Monti).
In Sicily, you may check the Zingaro Park.
But be aware that April can get rainy on all 3 Islands.
