August 24, 2006 12:22 p.m.

PRAGUE, Czech Republic -- Leading astronomers declared Thursday that Pluto is no longer a planet under historic new guidelines that downsize the solar system from nine planets to eight.

Good bye Pluto - we hardly knew you.

I guess this is what happens when you ignore global climatic change.

Will they be changing the astronomical clock in Prague?

Well , if no longer a planet but a dwarf, I am afraid Sleepy, Grumpy, Happy, Dopey, Sneezy , Bashful, and Doc are taken..

The saddest part is that ABC reported the whole thing as "news from Prague, Czechoslovakia" !!! Guess the news editor is from Mars.
