My heart is broken for you, Ann. I know there is scant comfort at the moment, but I know you are surrounded by the love & support of family and friends. In the months to come, I hope you find comfort in your loving marriage (no easy feat, that!), your last, glorious trip to Switzerland together, and that Bill knows how you moved heaven and earth to care for him.

Ann, I am very saddened to hear of your loss. You have been an inspiration to me in your role as a spouse and as a caregiver. Bill was very lucky to have had you by his side as were you to have had him.
