Rupotel Gravina or Regencia Colon?

Hello, I have narrowed it down to 2 hotels in Barcelona. I have a few questions. Which one is easy walking distance to the sights? Nicest hotel? Closest to the metro/subway? Thank you for your help

Regencia Colon is closer to the port, las ramblas, Gothic area and especially it's right next to the Cathedral. You can also walk to Arch de Triomf in about 10 minutes.

I don't know anything about Rupotel Gravina, but the Regencia Colon is in a fantastic location practically across the street from the Cathedral in the Barri Gotic. I know it's supposed to be a good value, but I've never stayed there.

We stayed there, it's fine, great location, behind the Gothic Cathedral, 2 blocks from the Palau Musica (sp), easy walking to all. We stayed at the less expensive one (w/out the view of the cathedral, we were in the room to sleep only). Good breakfast in the AM.
