I've seen Queen Elizabeth (and Prince Charles). Believe me, they are nothing special up close. Candidates for plastic surgery, if you ask me. Prince Charles could stand a couple of days on a tanning bed, sweetie.

my daughter is actually dying for a glimpse of Harry...figuring he might be with his grammy LOl Did get a kick out of your answer though! I guess what I meant was, will the crowds be impossible? I don't want to travel all the way out there, if we're not going to see them

I have no idea, but if I wanted to know I would contact the local newspaper which must cover this story year in, year out, or the local tourist board. They can give you the local knowledge.

Quite a trip from London to Gloucester. Try www.qjump.co.uk or www.thetrainline.com for fares and timetable. I doubt if it would be worth it for a moment's glimpse of the back of her hat (that's if someone else doesn't jump in front of you at the crucial moment). Entry to the service itself is by invitation only, for security reasons.

The official announcement is that it will simply he HMQ and Prince Philip. Harry is still officially at school and any public appearances are being very carefully managed and limited, so don't expect to see him there.

http://www.gloucestercathedral.uk.com/2001/welcome.asp
http://www.bbc.co.uk/gloucestershire...n_maundy.shtml
