We were in Rome from September 20-25 and Venice from September 25 - 29. Those sure look like my photos!!! We must have passed each other...when were you there?

We were in Rome from Sept. 18-22 and Venice Sept. 22-26. Right before we left, you had posted on one of my threads you were going to be there and asked if we wanted to get together for a drink. Unfortunately, we didn't see the post until we got back. Hope you had a great time.

good stuff.i like the one of the hall in the vatican museum. it reminds me of the distances you have to cross from one hall to the next.every 50ft is a 'sistine chapel right around the corner sign' but you end up walking a mile before you get there.i exited the chapel by mistake and the guard wouldnt let me back in through the exit - i had to walk the whole circuit again! was worth it cause i managed to get a 'forbidden' photo of the ceiling.
