Ponte Milvio. The whole thing started by what I am told is a really bad novel published in 1992. Among Romans, it really only attracts a younger crowd.

thanks to this thread and the great NY Times article I now (sort of) understand a music video we saw over and over on TV s in Rome earlier this year. Our family had been quite mystified. I now realize I should just have googled Rome, bridge, locks.

we were there this summer and it was a lot of fun putting the lock on the lamp post and then throwing the key into the river! It's not just for young folks, we had a great time and we are far, far from young in age, but not in heart! There are some pictures in our travel
