Hopefully someone will have some first hand experience, but it's not a location I'd want. It is convenient to the Vatican, but otherwise a very long walk to the center, across the river and pretty far to the north. It is two kilometers from Piazza Navona for example.
My opinion of Jolly Hotels generally is that they are sort of the Holiday Inn of Italy -- generic and reliable --but nothing special. They do some major marketing campaigns and great pricing specials. Make sure you get a very good rate for it if you decide to stay there.

From one of the sites such as expedia it had this to say about distance from sites:
Nearby Attractions Back To Top
CIA 8 Mi / 13 Km
FCO 18 Mi / 29 Km
ROM 0 Mi / 0 Km
IT Colosseum 2 Mi / 3 Km
IT Piazza Del Popolo 0 Mi / 0 Km
IT Piazza Navona 2 Mi / 3 Km
IT Rome 0 Mi / 0 Km
IT Spanish Steps 1 Mi / 2 Km
IT Trevi Fountain 1 Mi / 2 Km
IT Vatican City 2 Mi / 3 Km
IT Via Veneto 2 Mi / 3 Km
Is this reasonable for a total price of 420euro for three nights?

Well, to be honest, I suspect it's a pretty decent hotel for 140 euro a night, especially with the usual buffet breakfast, which I assume you have. But only you can decide how much you'll want to pop back to your hotel a couple times a day, or how much distance you want to cover everytime you step out the door. It wouldn't be for me and I'm a walker. I just like to be able to go in and out a number of times a day, not leave in the morning packed for the day and return at night.
