Rome - Hotel Miami "depandance"?

Hello Everyone,

We are visiting Rome during Aug this year & were looking for decent accomodations when we came across Hotel Miami which gets good reviews on TripAdvisor. When checking room availibility from their website: http://www.hotelmiami.com , the following was offered:

"Room description - (Depandance Double)

Classic room with king bed or two twin beds. Sleeps up to 2 people. Satellite TV, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, electronic safe and private bathroom in marble with shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer.
The room is located in our cozy depandance in the same building of the Hotel."

Can anyone, who has stayed in this hotel's "depandance" or knows anything about it, post their experiences? Is it decent? The rate being offered is pretty attractive & I am debating whether to stay here or look for something else.

Thanks,
Suhas

Hi
We stayed at the Hotel Miami but not in the "depandance" so I cann't comment on that, but what I can say is that the Miami was in an excellent location, the rooms although rather small, were immaculate. The Breakfast Room was lovely and bright with everything you would expect on the menu (continental breakfast) and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
It is a fairly large building with a Bank on the Ground floor , the Hotel itself takes up one of the upper floors so I would imagine that the "depandance" is perhaps on a different floor from the main Hotel.
Why not ring or email them.
But I would certainly go back there next time I am in Rome
Have a lovely trip and hope this has helped.
