My husband and I will be spending 11 days in Rome over New Years through the 7th. We only see each other every 3 months because of how long visas take to process, so we like to do a few some things to make it special and memorable. Any recommendations for New Years? Yes that is correct ' visa process very long so in rome for 10 days over new years so want to do something special ' any ideas would be great! thanks! j

If money is not a problem, I'd spend as much time as possible at Hotel Russie, just north of Piazza Spagna. Just walk into the place and you'll be enchanted.
