Rome apartment feedback, please
I've been looking for an apartment in Monti for an early November trip, and came across this one. It's not in Monti, and I'm curious if anyone has stayed in this area and what their opinion of it was.

The many transportation options nearby is a plus for me, and I'd like to be optimistic and think it won't be too rainy to use the terrace. Also, I'm traveling with my sis and we need two separate beds (not necessarily bedrooms) and would rather not sleep on a sofabed, which is another plus for this place.
This is our third trip to Rome, and many of the things we'd like to do (and eat) this time seem to be clustered around Monti, the Colosseum and Testaccio (Basilica di San Clemente, Palazzo Valentini, St Peter in Chains, Vinoroma wine tasting, and several pizzerie in Testaccio, to name a few things on the hit list).
Here are a few others that I'm considering. I'm trying to keep it under 650e for 6 nights

Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions you may have!

Hey, a small tip. If you want, you can take it
Instead of searching online, you can contact some rental sites and put forward your demands or requirements in a mail. Even if they do not have the property, they can suggest you some places and can get you some deals
. That is what i did last year and got some pretty good deals. Send a mail to [email protected]. These guys are good with these rentals in Tuscany. Send them a mail and you might get your pick
. Good luck with that. See you around

Just FYI from someone who always rents and these are very minor points and may not be inportant to you:
Urbana: balcony, is that actually the living room? Is the sink on the balcony the kitchen sink as photo of the kitchen shows a very limited view? Lighting appears very poor in all rooms if reading is important. TV is in a bad spot for viewing.
Domus: reading light is an issue in all rooms.

The park in your first link (green area on map) can be very iffy at night with questionable people hanging out. It will be dark early in November (5-6), but perhaps too cold for many people to be in the park area.
Via Urbana is a cobblestone street with very little traffic. Very easy access to the metro at Via Leonina. Down Via Leonina around Piazza Madonna dei Monti is pedestrian only area.
While maps down show it, the area of Via Leonina and Via Urbana are a level below Via Cavour (very busy street that runs from Termini to Forum). You can catch a lot of buses to most places on Via Cavour.
The end of Via Boschetto towards Piazza Madonna dei Monti is also pedestrian and Via Boschetto is a fairly quiet street.
When I stay in the area, I use the 117 bus. You can catch it on Via Serpenti. It runs from Piazza Popolo through the Spanish Steps area to the Colosseum, San Clemente and on to S. Giovanni in Laterano.

You can also catch bus 125 on Via Cavour to Testaccio.
I wouldn't use a Tuscany travel company to try to find an apartment in Rome.
Your last apartment didn't really list an address.

the reviews seem ok, but the balcony is unlikely to be of much use in november as it'll be dark when you are likely to be back in the apartment.
given the amount of time you've got, and the fact that you're going in November, I'd keep looking a bit longer.
