Rome-Amalfi-Florence in 10 days?!
My Fiance and I have 10 full days in Italy for our honeymoon and 2 days traveling to and from the states.
We want to go to Rome, Florence/Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. Any suggestions on how to do all three in 10 days? Fly into Rome then down to Amalfi then up to Florence and fly out from there?
Any help would be appreciated!!!

That's really a bit much for only 10 days, but I would fly into Naples as it would make arrival day easier (you would still have a couple of hours transfer from Naples airport). Visit the coast a few days (you would need at least three hotel nights to give you only two sightseeing days), train to Chiusi, pick up a car, tour Tuscany, drop the car in Florence, train to Rome. Fly home from Rome.

I think it's too much for 10 days. (kybourbon may be saying the same thing.) I would see a couple of small Tuscan towns -or- I would visit Florence. I wouldn't try to do both.
Day 1. Arrive Naples, continue to Amalfi Coast
Day 2. AC
Day 3. AC
Day 4. Get to Naples, train to Orvieto, rent car and drive to Tuscany base.
Day 5. Explore Tuscany
Day 6. Explore Tuscany
Day 7. Return car at Orvieto, train to Rome
Day 8. Rome
Day 9. Rome
Day 10. Rome
Alternatively,
Days 1-3. Same as above
Day 4. Get to Naples, train to Florence
Day 5. Florence
Day 6. Florence (poss. day-trip by bus or train to small town)
Day 7. Florence, train to Rome in the afternoon
Day 8. Rome
Day 9. Rome
Day 10. Rome
2nd alternative, if you can fly home from Florence or Pisa,
Days 1-3. Same as above.

Day 5. Rome
Day 6. Rome
Day 7. Train to Orvieto (rent car) -or- train to Florence
Day 8. Explore Tuscany -or- Florence
Day 9. Explore Tuscany -or- Florence
Day 10. Return the car in Florence (or perhaps Pisa); either way, spend last night in Florence (or Pisa).

I agree about flying into Naples, not home from there as it's difficult to get from the Amalfi coast to the airport.
Flights depart early which means getting a driver from the coast at 4 in the morning.
