leaving around may 30,31??? that when Peak Season begins... you will need around $1500 for both of you round trip Air...
As for All inclusive Romantic Sea etc Poland all 4 can't be combined easly esspecially for $1500... there are many nice hotels as well as as castles on Baltic, but it will not be all inclusive.

After thinking it through, perhaps you would be happier with a honeymoon in the Caribbean or Mexico. In you post you really don't describe anything specifically european that you want to see or do - just a nifty beach honeymoon at an inclusive 4* resort. And frankly, you will get much more for your money and have a lot more choices in the Caribbean than in Europe:
June is high season in europe but low/shoulder in the Caribbean
The dollar is very low vs the euro but still strong in the caribbean
The Caribbean specializes in the type of resort you're looking for - giving you many choices - better chances to find a bargain vs europe
The air fare will be way less
So unless there are really specific reasons for going to europe (culture, art, history etc) that you didn't mention in your post you might be just as happy elsewhere.
