Included are some pictures of Hotel Egmond, a great little place that is central and charming.
Bistro Topaz - a tiny hidden gem <<sorry>> if you favor undiscovered spots to eat

I'm scared to look. If this group shows half as many pictures of food as the Paris ones did, I don't think I can stand it. I gained 5 pounds just looking at those pics.

Beautiful, robjame. What a wonderful place it is. And Belgian beer, too.

By the way, aren't you on your way to France soon? I can't remember the exact date, but I thought you were going in late April?

Can Brugges be any cuter? Beautiful pix. I'm going to have to order pretty food on my next trip. Your meals looked so pretty. Also, was the older woman tatting lace? Or was she making something else. That was a very cool picture.

Hi Anselm - Yes we leave for Frnace one week from today - can't wait. As well as Paris, we will sample Provence, Lot and Dordogne and two nights in Loire. And you must be in Hong Kong right now!? We were there just before she came under her own rule. How was Beijing?

laartista - yes she was tatting lace... and you should have seen her fingers go. It was amazing. I have no idea how she kept it all straight. We loved Brugge.

Neopolitan - I am afraid I will be taking more food photos shortly.

Hi robjame,

Yes, we are in HK and having a very good time. Second trip for me, but first for Margriet, so I'm showing her all the sights.

Beijing was incredible. I'll post a report on the Asian board after we get back. The food alone was worth the journey!

I hope you have a great time in France.

Anselm
