Rimini in September
I will be travelling to Rimini in September (4 - 9), after having spent 1 week in Lake Garda. Does anyone know if the Hotel Principe is found in the centre of the city? What about transport from Rimini to Riccione? Since I will be using the trains a lot in my itienary, do you think I have to book the tickets beforehand?

From Rimini to Riccione you can even walk along the beach. Takes between one and two hours maybe. Or you can take a bus or a train. It was a long time ago that I was there. I liked Riccione more than Rimini, but it´s a matter of taste. Have fun. Trains in Italy are quite reliable and they are frequent.
