restaurants near eygalieres

My daugther and I will be staying in Egalieres and later in not-too-distant Noves this August. (Couldn't do much about the timing!)We're attending a little residential French school in Noves for a week, and I will be sure to write back to describe that experience. The meals are all included in Noves, but I'm wondering if anyone would like to offer suggestions for restaurants for lunch or dinner in Les Alpilles or western Luberon. I am happy to go to places that offer atmosphere but they don't have to be 3 star, although an occasional visit to a nicer restaurant might be fun. I had lunch poolside last summer at Les Bories and although the waiters were stuffy (I was an unexpected late arrival for lunch, rolling off the dusty road, so that may have been part of the problem!) the setting and food were memorable.

Any suggestions for Les Alpilles or maybe the western Luberon for restaurants? (Cigalechanta, I'm imagining that you'll have some thoughts about restaurants in Egalieres!)

Thanks!

Hey, cigalechanta! I'll be printing out your ideas and taking them along. Thanks!

We'll be there in mid-August. Maybe we should chat in Boston some time.
