Restaurants In Marais

We have rented an apartment in the Marais section of Paris for five days in late June. Party consists of myself, wife and twenty year old and 19 yr old sons. Looking for mid price range restaurant recommendations.

I like unpretentious Chez Marianne on rue des Rosiers.

Chez Janou is a fun place with pretty good food. A couple of great middle eastern places on Rue de Rosiers- L'as du falafel or Chez Marianne. Les Philosophes and Le Petit Fer a Cheval are both great casual places on Rue Vieille du Temple. Breizh Cafe is supposed to great for crepes and Robert et Louise is an old school grilled meat restaurant. Les Gaigne is supposed to be very good but a more expensive spot.

We like Le Bouquet St Paul, on the corner of Rue St Antoine and Rue St Paul, just down from the Cath. St Paul, St Louis. Your son will appreciate the gorgeous waitress. The food is very good and moderately priced.
There are several bistro , cafes on Place St Catherine whicj is right across from this place. I do not recommend the Italian place there, I think it is called Soprano

Check out my recent report (click on my name above) called Paris and Beyond. There are discussions of five restaurants where we ate last month in the Place des Vosges end of the Marais.

Thanks to all for the suggestions.
Ackislander, enjoyed your trip report. About two months from our visit and we are all getting excited.

We ate at Carrette on the Place des VOsges, we had made reservations at the Guilande de JUlia on St Cirq's recommendation but the place had changed hands. It was pretty good and moderately priced.
