restaurants in Brussels that are open on Sunday and Monday

My family will be in Brussels on a Sunday and Monday in March. We are staying at the Renaissance Brussels which is fairly close to the Sablon district and Place du Luxembourg.

I am having trouble finding inexpensive restaurants near our hotel that are open on a Sunday and Monday.

Thank you for your help! Laurie

Maybe the Resto website ( http://www.resto.be/default.cfm?lang...get=restaurant ) might be helpful. In the checkbox "zip" type 1000 which is the very city centre.
Good luck!

Rue des Bouchers, near the Grand Place is full of restaurants so you're bound to find some open whenever you go there. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Place du Grand Sablon, or you can take the metro. One restaurant on Rue des Bouchers which is particularly good is Aux Armes de Bruxelles; according to my guidebook it is open Sunday but not Monday. We had a four course menu for 50 euros each; there were also cheaper menus available.

Thank you for your replies, papagena and MyriamC.

MyriamC, the link to the restaurant was very helpful! I found several restaurants nearby within our price range.

Thanks Again! Laurie
