Restaurants close to the Arc De Triomphe

We are staying at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe. I did a forum search and came up with a 2003 suggestion. Would apprciate any more recent suggestions of moderately priced restaurants within walking distance of our hotel.
Thanks.

The Hilton Arc de Triomphe is actually 6/10 mile or so from the Arc de Triomphe.

Restaurants near the Arc de Triomphe would be described by most as "touristy" and not a good value.

Restaurants I'd recommend considering within 1/2 mile of the Hilton would include: Chez Catherine, Ma Bourgogne, Le Gourmet des Ternes, Rue Balzac, Boeuf sur le Toit, Brasserie Lorraine, Le Marcande (a bit pricier than "moderate" but absolutely fabulous). A great approach is to wander the neighborhood perusing menus and peeking inside and making reservations for upcoming meals.

You could also visit www.pagesjaunes.fr and do a search for "what's nearby" Restaurants.

If your stay is a week or more, the "Leeds Good Guide" is well worth the price of the download. Incredibly useful for finding fabulous food and atmosphere with moderate (or lower) prices.

While the service was imperfect, I thought the food at Flora, 36 av George-V, was very wonderful, and the prix fixe was fairly reasonable.

There are many small restaurants in the area, especially on the Champs itself and the avenue Wagram. None face the Arc, but there are a fair number on some of the corners of the rue Tilsitt that encircles the Arc. Taillevent isn't too far away, and if you descend the Champs there are lots of restaurants on the rue Marbeuf and Pierre-Charon, as well as restaurants north of the Champs on side streets.

You're never far from a restaurant in Paris.
