Pancrazio is very close to Piazza Farnese, and Da Giggeto and Al Pompiere are about half a mile away.
All three are very good. If you want a light meal, there's a branch of Insalata Ricca on Corso Victor E near San Andrea church.

You could also try Da Giovanni's, which is in the northwest corner of the Piazza Farnese (or, if you're standing in front of the Palazzo Farnese aka the French embassay, it's in the far left corner.)
It has a few outdoor tables in the evening, good food, good prices, decent mix of tourists and locals.
I also like Ditirambo, which is actually just off the Campo de' Fiori, closer towards the busy Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
And the lovely Pierluigi, in the Piazza de'Ricci, is only about a five minute walk north of the Piazza Farnese down the Via Monserrato.
Have fun -- I always stay in the area around the Piazza Farnese and love it!
Cheers,
Sandra
