We love to stay at the Electra Metropolis Athens (several with similar names, so don't get confused).
Their rooftop restaurant has an awesome breakfast and great dinners with a spectacular view of the Acropolis.
Down the street is the Ergon House. Deli with a pretty good menu & nice atmosphere.
Best meal of our trip was at Pantheon.
