Restaurant suggestions

What are your favorite restaurants in these areas: Paris, Bayeux, Amboise, St. Remy & Cannes...

Merci!

To get more responses put more info in your title, such as the names of the cities you're interested in finding restaurants in. Also...give us a price range and that will help more.

Cannes: La Pizza, which we think is the world's best--but the menu offers lots of other dishes. The restaurant is right across from the end of the marina on the way to Le Suquet.

Paris: Au Petit Marguery, in the 13th, near the Place d'Italie.

I would suggest that for Paris you give us an idea of where you will be staying. So many good restaurants, no need to go all over the city - there will be a good one in your neighborhood. The pricepoint helps too.
