Restaurant recommendations near Le Regent Hotel

Can anyone suggest two great restaurants that would not be outrageously expensive for a family of four. We would like to go where Parisians choose for a nice dinner out.

Le Regent is at rue Dauphine. I'm interested as we are staying there too and I need one for a Sunday dinner. Bistros will do for me.

Thanks

1st of all,,,have fun in the location! The Hotel Le Regent is my personal favorite pied a terre in Paris, and the location will be fantastic!! However, my suggestion for a restaurant isn't so much near Le Regent, as it is just a nice place for a family of four to have a good bistro meal.....I would point you to Chez Diane near the Jardin Du Luxembourg, which you can find listed in Fodors as to the exact location....I had a really nice meal there, and if you speak even a little French, the proprietor, Didier, will be happy to assist you in other ways with your vacation if you need other restaurant advise, or some such thing. Best Wishes for a great Holiday!!
