Restaurant Recommendations

Reposting with some changes and more relevant tags to the current situation:

-----------------
I will be travelling in Europe this summer with family and I'm looking for restaurant recommendations! Would like a restaurant for lunch and dinner! This is what we have so far and what we need:
Florence (3 nights): Borgo San Jacopo, Enoteca Pinchiorri (need places for Sunday lunch and dinner)
Helsinki (4 nights): Olo, Demo, Ask, Savoy, Nokka (need places for Sunday lunch and dinner)
Sweden (4 nights): Oaxen Krog, Operakallaren, Esperanto, Mathieu Dahlgren Matsalen, Matbaren (need places open for lunch)
Oslo (3 nights): Kontrast, Statholdergaarden (need places open for lunch and Sunday dinner - thinking of Arakataka)
St Petersburg (2 nights): Il Lago del Cigni (with a family friend here so I think we are good... However, would like to know if Il Lago is a good place to take close friends)
Moscow (4 nights): La Colline (need everything)

We're doing good in Copenhagen / Berlin
If you could tell us whether the chosen restaurants are nice that would be appreciated!
Thanks guys in advance!!
Could not get a table at Frantzen, and obviously at Maaemo

I can only speak for Florence. You should consider a meal at Villa San Michele - see http://www.belmond.com/villa-san-mic...ts-in-florence

Ask for a table on the outer side of the Loggia (see photo). Also arrive early so that you have time to admire the main building and the gardens.

Scroll down the link I gave and on the left hand side just above La Loggia Bar you can download the menus (a bit out of date though). The dinner menu is here - http://4c6c364fdf1082a37bcf-54493dc0...gia_dinner.pdf

Also on Borgo San Iacopo, Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco is open on Sunday for lunch and dinner. I got the recommendation here on fodors and went there last month. I'm glad I did, it was delicious.

I also second the Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco but if you are having a full dinner you may want something lighter for lunch.

If in Florence on Sunday I would highly recommend La Catinetta dei Verrazzano - http://www.verrazzano.com/en/la-cantinetta-in-florence/

The wines are excellent and the mixed plates of salume, cheeses etc are excellent.
