Sure, most train tickets anywhere don't have your name on them. Some that are prepaid and nonrefundable for a particular train do, in some countries. I don't think any tickets in Spain have your name on them, including AVE. There isn't any place for a name that is blank, is there?

Renfe tickets
In order to purchase a ticket you have to submit your name and details, but as noted, the name is not printed on the ticket. The number on the ticket can be traced back to the name registered with each ticket. It has to do with security and identification, should anything happen to the train. They can ask you for identification at the station or on the train.
In order to purchase a bus ticket online you need to have submit a national ID number or passport number in addition to the name of each person travelling, but for some reason, not when you buy a ticket in person.
