Registered with Trenitalia, but now the password they gave me won't work.
I get a message that I think says that the password must contain letters and numbers. But when I registered they e-mailed me a password that was all letters. I'm confused. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi sera,
Same thing happened to me.
Save the message they sent you and change the text size to at least 11.
Copy and paste the password.
If that doesn't work, try reserving tickets about 1:00 - 3:00 AM EST.
Just keep trying.

Ira: Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. What effect does changing the text size have? This is very frustrating! How did you finally get it to work? I appreciate your help.
