We leave on Wedsday for Paris and are using Guest Apartment Services, www.guestapartment.fr (great web page). They come reccomended and they have been great with their response time, information, etc. They do require a 50% deposit (they take credit cards), but they are the main source for many of their apartments, which are very nice, and their apartments are often listed for much more on other sites.
