Paris Apartment Rentals

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has used or has any experience with Paris Attitude apartment rentals. Or if you have any suggestions as to a good website to visit for rentals that would be great.

My spouse and I will be in Paris from October 15th to 22nd this year.

Thanks everyone!

hi cute,

I haven't rented from paris attitude b/c all the apts I wanted were booked up. (Last minute trip plans). Even though I ended up booking thru another agency, (lodgis.com) I would definitely consider using parisattitude next time.

The person I dealt with was VERY nice, punctual with her replies and very understanding when I told her I booked elsewhere. (She had found something for me in the meantime.)

Anyway her name is Elana and her email is elena @ parisattitude.com.

You can use my name if you like, Tamara Ewart.

Good luck!

www.lacigaleparis.com
www.vrbo.com
www.bienvenueaparis.com
www.parisattitude.com
wwwvacationinparis.com

Jaz, just to add to Mike's list of places where you can find rentals, we've booked through:

www.frenchconnections.co.uk
www.holiday-rentals.co.uk

and have looked at properties on

www.rentalsfrance.com

Bon chance from another not so cute Canadian.

Thanks so much for the info everyone! It's appreciated.

Even though our trip isn't until October I would like to have everything booked now (London is a done deal)

We are working through http://www.phileas-fogg.com/
This is an organization of apartment owners, with whom you deal directly.

We have booked a place on Rue Brocha in the 5th for two weeks in October. So far everything has worked well. One can pay with credit cards or PayPal, so that part has been easy.

I'll post later to let you know how it works for the long run.

Well, after receiving the rental information from Paris Attitude and checking out some of the websites that were suggested I have decided to go with Perfectly Paris (www.perfectlyparis.com) there apartments are all located in Montemarte and look beautiful. The one that I have chosen is 650 euro for the week and is quite large with a seperate bedroom. The others that I had loked at were also nice and cheaper but I think this is the one!

I don't have anything negative to say at Paris Attitude it's just the whole paying for a agency fee up front and then having to wire the money to the owner etc. is just too much hassel for my tastes. I prefer to pay with paypal if at all possible, I would rather things come out of my bank account than credit cards.

Good Luck to everyone else on their search for a Paris apartment, and thanks to all for their help.

One more thing...off topic though. I was informed by someone that the Rugby World Cup is taking place in Paris during my trip... any advice on this?

Thanks again, you're all so helpful!
