Paris Attitude for rentals

We are traveling to Paris on business for the French Open this May/June. We are about to finalize renting this apartment - http://www.parisattitude.com/apartme...umProduit=5118
However, we have read some incredibly negative (and some positive reviews) of the company). Most seem to be at least a couple years old though. The apartment is perfect as it fits all our needs, but was wondering if anyone has used this company recently, or better yet this specific apartment. Thanks!

Many, many, of the properties listed with Paris Attitude are available through other resources - without the hefty commission.

An apartment I found on Paris Attitude for €900/week was available directly through the owner on Homelidays for €700.

If there is anything unique about the property, it may come up with a web search. Or, you can search various other resources for the same size/amenities and you'll recognize the photos.

Reviews are more contigent on the owner/manager of the property than the agency. Often there is nothing an agency can do for you, even if they are willing, should something be amiss.

I put together a list of Paris rentals recently. Click on my name and you'll find the post. Then take djk's suggestion and see if you can find the apartment on another less costly site.

I was able to negotiate price down quite a bit, so we are happy with that...just a bit wary with so many negative reviews. However, to this point the agent and now even the owner have been very responsive and we are more comfortable.
Thanks!
