Ravenna - planning the sights efficiently but with breathing room

I'm not sure if I kept the info and I'm currently not home. I'll try to look when I get back home next week. I'm not talking Michelin, just nice. I might have some food pics although I was having camera problems and ended up having to use my tablet at times. Where are you staying?

Susan: On the recommendation of our B&B host, we ate two nights at: https://www.rustichello-ravenna.it/
The food was great. We ended up talking to our fellow diners. Lots of local families there.

Thanks, that sounds and looks like my kind of place. I'm not looking for Michelin. I just like really good local food. Thanks. I'm staying at Hotel Centrale Byron, which seems to be in a great location.

I've visited Ravenna four times, twice for six-day stays to take mosaics courses.
This was one of my favorite restaurants. It is good local food in a comfortable setting, not far from your hotel.

I also enjoyed Ristorante Ca de Ven, which is more well known.

The rest of you have convinced me that Ravenna is worth more than an overnight, and it would be a good place to stay as well.
