I stayed at the Quirinale Hotel years ago and enjoyed my stay. We had a nice room, great staff.

Did the Quirinale Hotel smell? I am hearing a lot of people who said that the hallways smelled of raw sewage.

The Molino Stucky is brand new and has the reputation of one of the hottest hotels in Venice.

I don't remember a smell. Seems like I would remember raw sewage! Were those reviews recent?

Timing was not a factor in what I've read. Some reviews say excellent and some say stinky.
