Quick HELP WITH APARTMENT in Paris

I am down to the wire, have tickets, but no apartment. Could any one who had a working knowledge of either of these three apartments of parts of town, comment? I need to make a decision in the next day.

I thought I had it all worked out in my head to go with the first one, and then had a look at google maps and began to wonder, I would think the area around the Grand Epicerie would be o.k., but it did not look so great.
Thanks in advance. Rosie

Number three for me. Wonderful location.

LOVE the Eiffel Tower but would not like the sofa bed. Don't like the Les Halles location. Metro nightmare for me.

Looked again. It may be in the same building or at least on the same street we stayed on. Odeon was at the end of the street. You can't go wrong with the location.

I prefer the third apartment for location but it looks like it does not have AC. A loft could get uncomfortably warm so I wouldn't choose that apartment for a summer visit.

I'd say number two. Access to three metro stations (Sentier, Etienne Marcel, Chatelet-Les Halles); great market street 1/2 block away (rue Montorgueil), lots of shops and restaurants on both rue Montmartre and Montorgueil, as well as Etienne Marcel. We stayed a block away on Jussienne in 2006 and in the 7th in 2011. Wife and I BOTH (that's a pretty big deal) preferred the Montorgueil area and will be staying there in 2013.

I'd pick #1 although it has a sofa bed. But, it's light and looks like there's a balcony outside with a great view. Plus, although I usually stay in the heart of the 6th, ( rue de Seine, at rue de Buci area), I also like the location of Apt 1 and it's close to metro Sevres Babylone. Plus, there's the little park there at metro Sevres Babylone, across from Bon Marche department store. It's nice to sit there in the sun. Also, Poilâne bakery is nearby. I walk from my area all the way to Poilâne bakery. Yum. Yum. Smiles. Happy Travels!

I did end up picking the first one, I hope I made a good choice. It is near the Grand Epicerie, so hopefully the neighbor hood will be safe and the apartment will be good for a week. Thanks for your comments, they were helpful. Rosie
