Elina, that's exactly the way I was before the inhaler or inhalator thing. I'd be OK about halfway through the flight, then look out! And even worse would be if the plane couldn't land immediately & had to circle.
Those things saved my sanity, especially having to be at the airport even earlier than the old days.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Like many of you suggested, she felt that just KNOWING that she couldn't smoke for the next few hours made the cravings loads more manageable. She did bring TONS of food on the plane, and ate constantly durinig the trip. Still, it was relatively drama free.
