Provence Restaurant Guide
I have been researching restaurants in Provence that I have read about either in the Michelin Red Guide or in Patricia Wells "The Provence Cookbook". Often times I google them and keep coming up with the following site which is really very well done:
http://www.guidegantie.com/en/index.php
The list of cities on the right-hand side is not a complete listing so if you put in, say Paradou in the search box, it will show you restaurants in Paradou. If the restaurant has a web page, it is listed.
It also has a Selection of Rooms and lists of shops under The Southern Pantry. I have just begun to look around but thought someone else might like this tip.
I very much like the Red Guide (which Stu wisely recommends) after I learned to use it.

It's a really nice and well done site.
It does say that it lists those from his book for 2004... so you should check to make sure that the restaurant still exists, etc.
I did write to tell them about L'atelier de Jean-Luc Rabanel in Arles as it wasn't listed - and to let them know that he's left "la Chassagnette".
I did notice a few places mentioned in the area that no longer exist or are under a different chef/manager and have changed names.
