I'm not sure I can help on this one, as I've never gotten such a message from the website when buying PREMs. Did you try to do something other than just buy PREMs, like any kind of special discount, insurance, etc.? That's usually what the problem is. I think you can't combine different kind of fares, either, that runs into problems (like if you are buying two and one person has some special fare and another doesn't).
That message you got doesn't really say you HAVE to fill in your name and address and must receive the tickets by mail, it just says if you want to, you must fill in the info. But I guess you are sure that if you don't fill it out, they won't let you buy them?
Is there something you are ommitting as information as to what kind of fares you are getting or if you are buying insurance, or did yo really just buy two regular PREMs, nothing else unusual? That might help someone else decipher what is going on -- sorry, I've just never had any problem buying PREMs on the website and printing them without them requiring my address.

You can't submit your request without filling this out....in other words you can't continue. However, maybe you have a point..maybe we should just fill it out and see what happens..they do say they will send a file reference # so maybe we can get help with it.
Thanks for trying

Lois, I didn't mean to say that you should fill out the address and see what happens, I don't recommend that.
I said it doesn't say you have to fill it out.
I just went and did the same thing to see what happened, and I didn't have any problem in submitting it and continuing at that point without filling out the address boxes. It doesn't say you have to fill them out unless you want them mailed.
I just didn't fill it out and clicked the "valider" and it came back with the final bill information and asked me for my credit card number. Of course, I stopped at that point as I didn't want to buy it (I used a Paris-Lyon PREM as an example and had clicked that I wanted them printed when asked to confirm my choice).
The box for information has a couple asterisks on it which state that only those fields are required to be filled out (name and email address). The section below that which says to finish your command, fill out all this information or something is for mailings -- I just left that whole section blank and then validated.
It came back with the purchase validated and asked me for my credit card number.
YOu do have to check the box at the bottom of that page that you've read the conditions and terms and agree to them, it won't accept your order if you don't check that. Did you check that box? If you don't, the message should come back and remind you that you need to check those terms, though.
Sometimes with computer orders of all kinds, they just don't work due to computer traffic, the server or something, so it's possible it was just something like that and you need to try again. When I just tried it right now, the first time I hit validate it wouldn't take it and the screen just kind of went blank or had one of the errors or something, but I recognize those for computer/server problems. If it were because you didn't fill out your address, they would give you a more legitimate looking error message (like they do if you don't check the terms acceptance).

Maybe you won't read this, but I went through that section in French, but I could tell the information you were referring to (it translates fairly directly). The only difference is that when I did it, you clearly had to check whether you wanted the ticket printed at home or delivered before you got to that section of filling out your name, address, etc.
Your message saying you had to do all that information before you chose printing or mailing seems unusual to me. The boxes are the very final part of finalizing the purchase, and you've already selected a date/fare and if you want to print it yourself (at least on the French version). The only reason I said you shouldn't put in your address is because the information you are citing seems to be the address information for mailing tickets. That's pretty clear from what you quoted (which isn't what I see on the French site). So that's why I would not put my address in there if I were you as you may be finalzing a purchase by mail delivery.
On the French version, you don't put in a credit card number until the very end, which summarizes all information, and whether you have chosen to print them at home or not, so there isn't too much danger in going wrong. I have never filled out that personal information box with complete home address and it does not require you to if you say you want to print them (or collect them on site for other kinds of tickets).
