priceline paris hotel

Looking for hotel rooms in paris through priceline for 3 nights during second week of October in the price range of $60 to $80 near Opera east. But I didn't get any rooms in that bid. I tried changing the location to opera west too.
Can anyone tell me how can I get a good 3* or 4* hotel in priceline below $100?

If you bid for a 3* hotel, it's quite likely you'll get a poor hotel that is poorly located.

All of the known 4* hotels seem to be of acceptable quality (in my opinion, but read the reviews). It would be a matter of determining if you were okay with all the locations in that particular zone. It's possible a new 4* hotel will come up, but not very likely, IMO.

But your price range is probably not realistic for October for the zones actually in Paris.

If you want a nice 4* hotel, and don't care too much about the location, consider bidding in the La Defense zone. I wouldn't like to be out that far, but you would get a nice hotel. The 3* hotels in this zone seem to be fine also.

Hopefully you have read BiddingForTravel.com and BetterBidding.com carefully.

I don't think your price range is at all realistic. October is very busy in Paris. I'd book something that is cancelable and keep trying PL. But you'll probably have to raise your bidding level. Keep a close eye on biddingfortravel

IMHO though, PL is not as good for Paris as it is for some other cities. It is brilliant for London - but the choices in Paris are not nearly as good.

The further you get from Notre Dame, the better value you will find (more for the same money, or less money for the same accommodation).

You might not think La D&ecute;fense is "too far out" when you consider that it's a nine-minute RER ride to Châtelet.

Bid a 4* in the outer zones and you won't be disappointed.

Biddingfortravel shows most winning 4* OQE and OQW to be $93+ with some winning bids over $110.

$60-80 has no chance getting 4*. Very few reported bids on Biddingfortravel for 3*.

If you bid 4*, you can get a "free rebid" by using Batignolles/Montmarte/Republique.

Priceline is not going to give you a good location for a low rate...
Here are a few Paris hotels with Doubles near or less than your $100:
