Dublin - Either ABC House in Drumcondra (just outside of city centre, but run by the nicest couple in the world) or Amberley house which is slightly more central. You should be able to google both and find them.

Are you certain about Butler House? Their room rate for March 2009 was E140 midweek (i.e. E70 per person) and E160 weekend (i.e. E80 per person) for a standard double. (Butler Court is E80-130/room depending on time of year.)
