Prague to Berlin Train
Has anyone booked train tickets from prague to berlin online using www.cd.cz? we are looking to make this trip in April.
Booking the ticket is fine, but a bit confused about how to book seat reservations.
I tried to do this last night but before the payment page it looks like you can only book one seat reservation at a time and the site doesn't actually allocate you a seat so how do you know that they will both be together.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I find the Cz rail website not as user friendly as the German site, www.bahn.de. Not sure if you can buy your tix on bahn.de but you can check.
Unless you are getting a discount there's no need to buy your tickets before you arrive in Prague.

You can book at both www.bahn.de and www.cd.cz/eshop.
The CD site can probably only book departures from Prague TO Berlin, bahn.de can definitely book in both directions.
A seat reservation is optional, a nice to have but not essential.

If you are in Prague for a few days, it's not necessary to book on the internet as previously suggested. If we are taking a train or bus, we usually just book a day before we depart. You might find something on this site for train travel. Information can be downloaded. Richard www.inyourpocket.com
