Sorry, but I don't know where VF is in Positano, but I imagine it can't be that far from the Poseidon.
Since you can't book a sea facing room at Luna, another place recommended often here and by other friends of ours, is Casa Morgano, which has the same owners at Quissana, but is supposed to be a little less flashy and less $$$.

JoshP...there's plenty of good hikes/walks on Ischia, especially on the back side of the island. It would be hard for me to direct you, however. I simply don't know the names of most of the streets, etc..I could show if I was there!
We always eat at Coco's, right at the entrance to the road to the castle. It's not a fancy place, but they make a great italian rabbit if you reserve it in advance.
