Hello - Does anyone know of any good Portuguese movies filmed in Portugal?<BR>Where can I get them?<BR>Thanks

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is that old movie with Sean Connery called The Russia House. Parts of it are filmed in Russia and parts in Lisbon - I remember beautiful shots of Portgual - but probably not enough to want to go out and buy the movie. Rent it if you can.

Now I remember The Lisbon Story....I'm sorry Pedro but I thought it was a horrible movie. I rented it because I use to live in Portugal and loved it so I thought I would love any movie filmed there. Big mistake! But - Jule - if you just want to see a movie that has lots of Portugal in it - then try to rent this one if you can.

Hi Julie<BR><BR>You don't need to be sorry. I liked the movie, it captured much of the soul of popular districts of Lisbon. The tramways, the cobbled streets, the sounds and the light are there.<BR><BR>But, this is just my opinion.
