Hi. I have just returned to this site after a short break, and need help using the search engine. I did a simple search for Venice restaurants, and came up with zero hits. Can anyone offer advice as to how I search more sucessfully? We will be in Venice over Easter and need to make restaurant reservations. Thanks in advance for your help.

Mally: Go to the top today. There is a thread that deals with some of the finest restauants in Venice. Something like "Wonderful Restaurants in Venice". As to navigating the site, it appears that you did what StCirq is suggesting and it didn't work. Did you look at "Search Tips" up top?

DaIvo in Venice is fabulous!!!

The "Caravella", the Hotel Saturnia&amp;International restaurant, is fabulous, and also the rooftop of the Danieli. Honestly, I didn't like the food in the Antico Martini.

You can check the Rant and Raves section of Fodor's Travel Talk. You will find quite a lot of recommendations on Venice restaurants.
